      Watch your thoughts

Last night i become lucid and i came across several policeman searching for someone it looked like so i asked one who was standing away from the rest (looked like the one in charge) if they were looking for a killer and he responded yes so i made up a name and told him where he was which he bought and he informed the rest and they were off.

Before he left i asked him would he lend me a gun so i could go and rob a shop and he agreed and gave me a magnum i think. (what a great police officer) I then went to a shop and just as i am about to walk in i start to get really anxious about me waking up and i do.

It worked out anyway because i had another 3 or 4 so i got to rob a shop and alot of other stuff so it was ok.

Who else has experienced frustration waking through anxiety??

My guess? Everyone. It gets better with practice. Sometimes it can't be helped depending on where you are in the REM cycle, how long you've been sleeping, etc.

A word of advice... never ever take waking up from a lucid dream at face-value. Those false awakenings can be tricky!

I had been sleeping for about 7 hours, then came a lucid rush (about 4 in 20 mins real time) it might have been because i had been sleeping for so long that i awoke so easily from each lucid.
