Thread: Help ? lol

Every lucid dream I have all Ii do is make out with a hot girl or something along those lines lol. (yes its kinda embarrassing)

What can i do to change this lol?

When im LD'ing I cant ever think of anything to do but like right now I can think of at least 20 things

My friend try's to LD and I have had like 14 or 15 and ive only told him about like 3 of them because on the other ones I was just making out with a girl or something.

set ur goals before u go to sleep will help repeat it a few times etc...

Yea focus on one thing and one thing only. When you get good, increase this number and get a few things done per night.

Yeah, I had that problem a while ago, all I really wanted to do was just fufill sexual fantasies, however, one dream when I went lucid I sat down and thought of what I really wanted to do, then I thought of flying, and thats what I did (took me a little while to get it right though).


Also maybe try exploring your surroundings, travel through your dreamscape, that helps me to think of interesting things too do.

im gona try using telekinesis and break down buildings and stuff (yes if i had superpowers i would be evil) lol
