Thread: Does this method work?

It's called a WILD, and yes it does work.

That being said, it's a very hard method to learn. Look in the tutorial sections for specifics on the WILD method.

I've tried the counting but just counting. I count from 1 to 20 and back from 1 again...meanwhile I'm holding on to something in my hand and constantly maintainng my count/conciousness not to overshoot 20. It sort of worked once. I was able to maintain my conciousness right up to the point I started dreaming and lost it from there. Mine had no HI or HA..just a dream scene appearing.

and i have tried it over and over again. it seem to be impossible for me to WILD.

Yup it's a WILD although can be used as a MILD method too
