Weird
I had my first lucid dream. When actually trying to lucid dream. Then I asked a fuzzy image asked if I was dreaming, [expected it to say no] It said no. But then in my dream I tensed. The more I freaked out the more I couldn't talk. I calmed down. woke up in another lucid dream, then woke up from that dream
I guess it was sleep paralysis, but I'm confused why I freaked out when the image said "no"
