I don't know where I'm not looking, but I just found a tutorial earlier today that has to do with WILD and listening to an lucid-inducing mp3 while falling asleep. The person posting the tutorial even offered a link to the mp3 to download.

Does anybody know what I'm talking about? It's driving me nuts. I can't remember where I looked earlier to find it.
