      Hey guys,

last night i set my alarm to go off at 9am. (i went to bed late and was going to try the WBTB method). But i woke up at 8.59am, a minute early. i've notice this happens alot to me...i'll set an alram and wake up moments before it will go off.

Yeah... I had my alarm set for 4:35 the other day, and I woke up at 4:30. I thought It had already gone off... but nope, went off 5 mins later. Makes you wonder what you're really capable of...

That never happens to me. Not even close. Lately, I tend to have my alarm to off for about a half an hour before I wake up .
What's the point of waking up when dreams are so fun?

this happens to me a lot too...my mental alarm kicks ass....i'm usually only about a minute off each time. It doesnt normally work when i go to bed late though, it usually has to be an early night.

I used to always wake up the minute before my alarm would and shit it off before it ever went off. WHen I got rid of my watch and didnt live around clocks I could always tell someone the time within 15 minutes. Our internal clocks are amazing and watches make us dependant on them.

Yup same here.. I think I consciously trained myself to do that, since I couldn't stand the beeping noise my alarm made. But now I have one of those radio/cd player alarms, yet I still wake up before it goes off.

yeah my mental alarm clock usually works the best when i really think about it the night before or if its really important for me to wake up at a certain time for something important

Yes, also happens to me. I used to have a stereo with an alarm on it and I used to wake up and leap out of bed to turn it off before it came on because it was so annoying.

I also once had an alarm that clicked with the power coming on just before the alarm went off. I sometimes used to wake just before the click but more often with the click. It was the tiny clickisound and not the loud noise that woke me.

I meditate for twenty minutes often, and most times I bring myself out and it's about 18 or 19 minutes in.

It's also cool how if you set your intent, you can wake up really early such as 5 or 6 o clock. One might do this to catch a plane or go driving to a holiday.

What's really annoying is waking up a little earlier than usual and just sitting in bed enjoying the comfort, then you open your eyes to see if it's time to get up yet and an hour has passed!
