      Tired... But it day time and i want To WILD can i do that now?

      Well, it's currently 5.20Pm where i'm at (USA, east coast)
      And for some reason i'm tired.
      i was wondering if i tried to Get into SP and WILD now if it would work?
      If not than im staying up until my normal hour of sleep (10 Pm) to WBTB
      LD's None

      WILD isn't affected by the time of day, only by how much time you're willing to put in. It helps if you're tired, and helps if you've just woken up from a short sleep or nap, but the time of day itself means nothing. If you're tired enough, give it a go!

      sweet so your saying you can do a WILD any time of the day i thought
      it dealt with Rapid Eye Movement ?

      Yes, but when doing a daytime nap, you usually go right into REM Phase.

      so can you do a WILD at any time of the day or night without resting beforehand

      When going into a night's sleep, I think you don't enter REM immediately, but you should still try. Some people have reported to have LDs without doing a WBTB before WILDing.

      When taking a nap during the day, for some reason, you go into REM right away. I know it, I always dream when napping.

      ohh but what time is it considered when its night time 9:00?
