      Just wondering can you enter Sleep Paralysis if you have a comforter or Sheet on you?

      Absolutely. SP happens naturally to (ideally) everyone in sleep anyway. It's something that must happen to you if you plan on staying in your bed while simultaneously dreaming about running around and jumping off buildings and everything. Whether or not you have a sheet on is irrelevant.
