My First Wild (or is this a wild)

I don't know if this is a WILD or not

3/8/08.I had a lucid dream las night but I don't remember the actual lucid dream. All I remember is walking around saying "hey im lucid".It was a Wake Induced Lucid Dream (my first).I unexpectedly woke up in the middle of the night due to mom making alot of noise washing dishes. When I was going back to bed I kept my mind on one particular ting (although alot of random pictures kept popping up in my mind).I started imagining me being in a library.I imagined and looked at one particular book on the shelf.I imagined me slowly walking toward it and slowly becoming a dream.by the time i picked up the book I was in a lucid dream although I could still feel my body (so it was barely a dream). So I made myself have a false awaking because i thought it would make me in deeper sleep. It did but i could still feel my body.I didn't wanna move in my dream because I feared it would move my real life body and wake me up.I changed the environment another time and I was then completely lucid and really dreaming.I don't remember doing anything except walking around thinking "im lucid" I know I did more though.

If you realized you were dreaming while in the dream, it was a dream initiated lucid dream (DILD). WILD is where you consciously go from waking to dreaming, with no break in consciousness.

Having your first WILD is almost as cool as having your first LD. I still havent managed to have a second WILD yet though... although its only been a couple weeks since my first.

Attempting to fly off a cliff is NOT a recommended reality check.

anitflag, that idea is genius! I'm talking about the way you walked toward the book and imagined it being a dream once you got there. I should try that.

Congrats on your first WILD! I had mine on Thursday night.
