Odd Reoccuring Dreams...

Since I was like six, I'd have these dreams where I was either running, climbing, jumping... anything so that I was either off the ground or moving fast... And suddenly I'd realize this was a dream and right when I'd start convincing myself it was a dream, I'd fall or something and the fall outld seem to be real, so that when I woke up it felt like I was still faling and I'd jerk in my bed. Does that have any signifogance or what?

Well, All my reoccuring dreams had me move a little further into it each time, but i know the feeling when you wake up while your falling and your body jerks into the bed. Unforunatly for me, I dont always wake up before I hit the ground, and I feel the impact, then the pain is usually enough to wake me up. It seems kind of normal, except if you think about it, it is a reoccuring lucid dream, since you know you're dreaming.

Hmmm... sounds painful! is there a way maybe that I could learn to stop myself? usually i wake up during the fall, RIGHT AFTER i realize im dreaming...
