      1 second LDs

Since May at least, I've had a problem where most of my LD's are 'lost'
Especially the best, and most vivid ones.

Usually.. its a matter of that rush of clarity and 'Im dreaming'. And before I even get to look around, the dream goes 'pop'... and is gone. Seems like the dream changes.
I did once manage to catch an FA straight afterwards - and a few seconds after that, it changed again...

This is really really frustrating.. eg last night this was in the middle of a vivid sex scene
      What a waste

So.. Any ideas? Anyone? Please? My world for an answer...

You could try just falling backward as soon as the LD starts. Tell yourself to calm down. Rub your hands. Voice your intent. Start gazing at details. Spinning generally helps me out when it comes to prolonging a dream.

Yeah, thanks... but I would if I could get the chance. When I say 1 second... I really mean it. Instantaneous almost.

Once I can get a chance to DO something about it, I can prolong it

I sure will, 'my raven haired beauty' ... hehe
Although chances are you'll just end up making me forget all about lucidity, and just enjoy things ...

Im somewhat experiecing the same thing. Just last night when i was dreaming, some black guys told me that if i look at them again they;ll beat me up. I then realized it was a dream and looked at them anyway. He had this real inhuman scary face on and he started to fight me. asshole made me lose my lucidity. This is why i hate Dream characters
