Well, to become more lucid, a great method is focusing on an object. I just close my eyes and picture my hands in front of me. Slowly, they actually appear and come into focus. It works great with prolonging a dream, too. |

I started to become lucid last night in a dream. I was driving in a car as the passenger with my father and for no apparent reason i knew it was a dream. I then sort of teleported to my basement, and things were shakey and there was witing on some pipes that wasnt normally there (the writing i mean) Now i was sleeping in my basement at the time. Could i have been awake slightly? I tried to close my eyes and vision myself some where else but couldnt everything stayed shakey and i woke up. Any tips for better control? |

Yelling, "CLEARER LUCIDITY DAMMIT!" has worked wonders for me, but I guess you can take out the dammit but cursing at myself motivates me |
