      Smile Vivid Dreams

      Who's had one of those dreams where they can't differentiate reality from dreams? I had this one kinda like that about a week ago, except I knew it was a dream, because I remember waking up after it. But then again, it was so lifelike I could actually feel what was happening in it (it was only a 15 minute nap, I didn't get much sleep that night, so it was short) and I couldn't believe it was only a dream!

      This is what most of people's dreams are like, they just usually don't remember them. Remembering them is a good start towards realizing they are dreams. Think back about the dream, recall exactly how you were fooled. Ask yourself, 'Would I know I was dreaming if the same dream happened again?' 'What clues should have gave it away?' If you do this habitually, you'll start doing it in your dreams and becoming lucid.

      Yes, I have. Those dreams are pretty nice actually. And I have them while taking small naps a lot.

      those dreams are pretty intense and to me,it is hard to determine whether I'm dreaming or not. I,m sure that if we practice knowing better our environment, things will be much clear to understand )
