      Question From SP to LD

I can easily get into SP, but I don't know what to do from there to get into a LD! Do I let my mind then fall asleep? Do I just stay awake?

You will want your mind to fall asleep, but your consciousness to stay alert. SP doesn't guarantee WILDs as you already know, but it makes it easier. Just keep yourself aware and alert as your body is falling asleep, and you will end up consciously enter a dream.

I found that it can help if you start to visualize where you want to be when you enter your dream.

Or, you can just go with the flow and pay attention to the HI, sounds, feelings etc to help keep your mind awake. Of course, make sure you don't get too excited or startled by the experience, because that will make entering the dream all but impossible

I think for most people it takes practice, especially to not shock yourself awake when you start to "fall" or "hear things"
