      My First OBE, i think

      First I just want to say that I was 100% skeptical of OBE's before last night.

      I woke up in the middle of the night, and i just layed and bed and tryed to fall back to sleep.

      I had a feeling that I was about to enter Sleep Paralysis, and I did.

      At first I saw colors exploding in my face and loud sounds with vibrations.

      Then I felt as if I was floating out of my body, but not completely only my upper body.

      I was to scared to open my eyes, but I really did feel like i left my body.

      Was this an OBE?

      this has happen to me many times were it feels like your upper body is being lifted up or were your complety flat on the bed and it feels like your torso is rising , i was told i was entering SP. dont fall victim to believing that OBE stuff.
