Thread: I love it how in dreams I never use doors anymore.

Well, i started walking through walls, but only did it in 2 or 3 dreams years ago. Lately, i just don't have doors in my dreams, if theirs a door, i can't go through, but it also means i won't go through, because if i intended to, there would be no door there in the first place.

Ahhh, thinking ahead in dreams, i find your subconscious can know what you are thinking and adapt the surroundings to what you are going to do, never noticed it before, but that post made me relize it.

I've never seen a door in my dreams. there may be few exceptions. i dont look for them so i dont really notice them either. one of those exceptions i remember i was lost in a dimension. one door led to another dimension of doors. Endless and no way out. of course that nightmare happened many many years ago

anyway the doors are usually missing or if there is a door, then it's always wide open and once inside, it seems to dissapear, but like i said, i dont pay attention to them so if they were they, i wouldnt notice them....

now that i remember it, there was only 2 significant doors in my nightmares, when i was young, if i left my room, i would be in the hallway, shit could get me in my room and in the hallway, why i got outta bed, i'll never know, but going back was always much worse..

There's hardly any doors in my dreams...xD

You're too busy having a lucid dream to care about a door. If you really expect a door, you will get one though.

There's lots of gates in my dreams, but not many doors. Unless I do a false awakening, in which case there's doors on all the rooms and on the front of the house as is normal.

how do you open a wall?

In my dreams I see things as they are in real life. They are usually exactly the same as they were when I was there in the past.

i havent had long enough lucid dreams to encounter doors

or maybe i just dont think about doors in my dreams

yeah i think i never really dream about doors
