      Lucid dreams..bad

Ive had lucid dreams for as long as I could remember.. but I'm thinking they're bad more and more often tbh :x
The fact is my lucid dreams are better than my real life, example: wednesday my gf broke up with me, wednesday night I dreamt I was kissing with her and thursday I became lucid half way my dream and I starting cuddling with her ._. you might think like, that's good right? ..no it makes me sad when I wake up, because I don't want to wake up :x from today I will start holding a dream journal since I have lucid dreams atleast 2x a week and my normal dreams are extremely clear in detail and remembrance for atleast a day, depends if I find it interesting.
and one more thing, since I was 10 I've had dreams that are coming true x_x sometimes in the next few days, sometimes after months or years, I am 16 now. You might think this is a load of crap, but I'm actually quite frightened sometimes ._. when it starts coming true I get shocked and it all comes back and I know what's going to happen next and almost everytime it does.
note- being really tired doesn't make me dream lucid, never ever does. mostly dream lucid when I have woken up once or twice during my sleep. first dream not lucid second one is. (not always though)
*edit* forgot to ask, I feel so awefuly tired in my mind if I wake up from a long lucid dream, does anyone else have this problem?

Well, as for the future prediction thing.. I dont know alot about all the "paranormal" goodies, but i think almost everyone experiences similar things... deja vu, etc. I've had several dreams that were just.. amazingly accurate to what I may have experiences several days later, generally its just a chain of coincidences.. otherwise I cant explain that

Very often your dreams reflect real life emotions, Im not a doctor or anything, but I mean.. your not alone in terms of having dreams about things you wish could be true, or consistent in real life. All i can really say for things like that.. is just either try to alter your dreams when you see her, maybe have a "peaceful" breakup so you can achieve some closure. Or do you guys still talk in real life? Having a healthy break up can go along way in terms of... getting over someone. Maybe reach out to another girl, just.. move on is all I can really say.. You obviously still want to be with her, and that relays in your dreams.

If you really cant get over her, and find yourself in this agonizing pain of wanting to be with her, then go get her back

Also, some people very groggy the next day, usually this will diminish as you do it more or more often, I personally dont feel any different usually when I wake up.

But often the feeling is like being "spent", right? In a way it can sometimes feel really refreshing =P

actually... i didn't think "that's good". I think you're getting too attached to the lucid dream. Dont use it as a way of escaping your daily life. Use it for fun.

nah, I dont think it's a load of crap. It shouldn't be anything to worry about. A lot of people have that happen to them. I think it's a fairly normal occurance. It's just that most people dont really remember dreams, so they dont think that it's possible.
Although if a lot of people can do it then it obviously is possible.

what technique do you do to induce the lucid dreams when you wake up tired? Because that only happens to me when I do WBTB, and I think it's obvious why that would make me tired.
