      Classification...

      I noticed I was dreaming and woke up a little. I quickly attempted to fall back asleep, feeling WILD-type vibrations and "waking up" inside of a different dream, already aware that I was dreaming.

      What type of lucid would this be considered as? (DILD, WILD, etc.)

      DEILD(Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream) most likely, generally its when you have a brief awakening from a dream and almost immediatly fall back asleep with the dream still in mind, often you end up in the same dream, but it really depends where your frame of thought was when you fell asleep. If you actively tried to fall asleep or.. become lucid then it was more or less a wild... If you basically fell back asleep normally and all the sudden you were lucid, then its DILD or DEILD.

      I'd be inclined to just call it a lucid dream, but technically I agree with Shady, I think DEILD would describe it pretty well.

      It could have been both a DEILD and a WILD.

      WILD is not a single method in itself; there are many kinds of WILD's and in your case, you may have had a DEILD which was also wake induced.

      Well, I should have read this thread, earlier. Seems like I experienced the same thing. Most likely a DEILD.

      I actually didn't know what a DEILD was until about an hour ago, lol.
