Thread: Waking up in the dark!

hi, just wondering if anyone has any tips on stayin lucid regarding my situation.

the problem is while im lding i seem to wonder around and eventually enter a dark place/room etc and consequently try to focus my eyes as to what my surroundings are. As im doing this my real eyes muscles must be moving as i often wake up! i no about all the spinning and shoutin stuff, but just wondering if anyone else has a similar problem.
