      An hourish good enough?

If I wake up an hour before I gotta get ready for bus will that be good enough to have lets say a 30 minute lucid dream(Saying I get lucid in 30 Minutes) or will I need more time?

It depends on where your last REM stage falls. Do you normally wake directly from a dream to your alarm? If you do, an hour or 90 minutes should be fine. It depends on how fast you fall back asleep, or how long it takes you to WILD.

To figure out where your REM stages fall, just tell yourself to wake up after each dream to record it. Then, write down the time every time you wake up.

Thanks for tips, but I usually go to bed at 9 central and wake up at 5:30'ish. thats 8 hours of sleep at least. I'm sure ill be in REM anyways.

      I'll try it out. Thanks
