      My low-level lucids are just like you described. Almost like you're a DC in your own dream. Try to focus on your surroundings and assert that it's YOUR dream and that YOU are in control, that always helps me.

      I've experienced low-level movie-like lucid dreams. They were kind of bizarre and all colors seemed to be washed out, almost like I was looking at everything from behind a veil.
      I'd like to take advantage of a flock of wild birds to make my escape from this planet.

      I had the same thing a while ago, it was like a computer game lucid dream (GTA to be specific).
