I have good news, plus a question about "forced floating"

Hi everyone. I'm not sure if anyone remembers me, I haven't been on "DreamViews" for a while. . BUT, miraculously, I have had TWO lucid dreams in the past week, (which is by far a record for me), so I am incredibly excited about LD'ing all over again!
In my dream I had a few nights ago, I was running to work outside during the night, in a panic. Now, whenever I feel panicked in real life, I make sure I do a reality check. Fortunately, I DID do a reality check (nose pinch) and I become lucid!
Unfortunately, I began FLOATING (not by will) in the dream as soon as I became lucid. I floated very high off the ground and I couldn't stop and I was very scared and I even threw up in the dream because I felt sick...
In real life the next day, I told a girl I work with about my lucid floating experience and she said THE SAME THING happens to her whenever she realizes she is dreaming AND she told me the same thing happens to her boyfriend. She isn't the type of person to agree with me just for the sake of prolonging the conversation.

Does anybody else experience "forced floating" (lmao) after becoming lucid?!

      Do a reality check.

never really felt that kind of experience. Its your dream you cant really be "forced" unless you think you are.
Whenever your thinking, just remember thoughts become things.

I've experienced being lucid and unable to move and getting pushed and pulled in ways I didn't want to be... the way I got out of it was letting myself float instead of trying to move my body.
I'd like to take advantage of a flock of wild birds to make my escape from this planet.
