      First or Third Person Reminders?

Which would be better to leave as notes everywhere? I have my screensaver on my phone saying, "Are you dreaming?" to remind me each time I look at my phone to do a reality check.
Should I be using the first person instead?

do you think it really makes a difference anyways?

I don't know if it makes a difference, but I don't think so. It's just a reminder that helps you getting routine, merely training.

I very well know the difference between the real world and in the dreamworld. Everything feels kind of fuzzy and transparent in my dreams, if that makes any sense. Everything has that blurred and odd feel to it. For one, the geography in my dream universe is different but it's always the same in my dream world, doesn't change.

I guess my biggest problem at times is when I wake up sometimes I feel as if I'm the dream the dreamworld of me sleeping of the real world, like if his sleep was disturbed I would just disappear. Not as much a difference of discerning worlds but it's me's.
