      Question Paralisis Failure?

      I once woke up as I was opening a screen door in my dream. When I opened my eyes, I was on my knees in bed and my arm was outstreched as if I had opened the door. My other arm was holding me up so I wouldn't fall down, because I was leaning forward. I did NOT have my arm holding me up in my dream. I am NOT a sleepwalker, and I was still in bed. What happened?

      How long had you been sleeping, on some DEILDs I've had early in the morning I've noticed that if I wake up shortly after the dream I haven't fully hit paralysis yet. It doesn't seem too unusual though, dreams seem so real that your body can react as it would in waking life.
      WILDs - 38
      MILD/DILDs - 44
      VILDs - 8
      TILDs - 1 (Thirst Induced Lucid Dream, never going through that experience again...)
      Total: 98 - So close to the big 100

      It was a pretty long dream, but don't you hit paralisis BEFORE you actually start dreaming? How would you wake up without hitting it?
      What if I told you that I am dreaming right now?
      That your whole life is a lie?
