It just takes practice. Think of some other things that you want to accomplish, and incubate those. Eventually you will start doing those things instead of immediately trying to find a good-looking DC every time you get lucid.

Thats what i do now and it works, apart from when i am approached by a very good looking dream character (not always successful then) but that hasn't happened for a few weeks now.

Well, yea...if they start it, then just go with it. I figured he was the one starting it all. I think that is a common thing to do at first, but it goes away after a while. He just needs another worthy goal.

I think that it's just about wating ... at some point you will learn that it will only ruin your dreams. At least thats what i feel is happening to me at this point, after having wasted so many lucids

Though that would be difficult to achieve.

If you are skilled enough to do that, i guess that you are also skilled enough to leave the sex behind, and do something else, and then there would'nt be a problem at all...

I say it's all in self-control. When lucid, sure I've wanted to do those sort of things, but I know I can always do them, lucid or not, and go on doing the things I feel I'd die if I didn't try while lucid.
