Thread: Weird Accidental WILD!

I did a WBTB, went back to sleep, maybe an hour later Dad woke me up to go to church, lazy bum I am I wanted to keep sleeping.

Then I felt myself falling into a dream! As that was happening I heard Mom say, "c'mon Kelly, you gotta wake up" so I was thinking "ok, I should wake up" but it was hard to get out of the dream and open my eyes! I moved my arm up but I had a feeling it was just my dream arm, which it was because a few seconds later I was out of the dream and my arm hadn't moved a bit.

SO I WAS LUCID.

Too bad I had to wake up But hey, at least now I know I can go lucid eh?

And as a matter of interest, Mom was hypnagogic imagery. Dad was the only person awake.

Sounds like fun, that has happened to me before, my father woke me up for school (for some reason, my alarm clock didn't work), then I fell into a dream and heard my sister tell me that it was really late, for some reason it all felt like if I was just imagining it but I was actually asleep, my sister wasn't even awake yet.

that's pretty trippy that your mom wasn't really there.

WILDs are weird. only 1 of my about 8-10 WILDs have actually come when doing a technique. usually i give up, roll over, and just fall asleep normally. but after this i mostly catch myself falling asleep. maybe it leaves me in a state of hightened awareness or something. so i guess you can say i have a lot of accidental WILDs also. but none of them are as random as yours. and your story is way cooler.

Neat story! My first WILD was accidental aswell. It was cool. I woke up, and tried to MILD. I ended up entering my visualization.
