Could you create a dream wall?

There are two idea's for this wall that I have, one more exciting than the other -- though since I am quite new to the phenominon of Lucid Dreaming, I thought one of you more experienced LDers could answer such a question.

Could you create a wall that you go to every time you lucid dream, and write a title down for it (Kind of like a check mark, but more personal). So, in doing this, you can come back when you lucid dream, look at the titles of your old Lucid Dream experiences and even write down the title of your new experience.

The next idea may be more far-fetched... could your mind create a wall of dream scenes, and which ever one you want to go to, you would "swim" into it and be there?

I really like that idea. Maybe not a wall...or maybe a wall...but the conept is interesting. When I adjust to my new sleep cycle(new job working late ) I definately would liek to try this. But first I want to meet my dream guide and talk to him/her about it. Of ocurse I'll post results if and when they come.

Hey man, I appreciate you trying out my idea. I am completely new to Lucid Dreaming -- well, that isn't entirely true. I tried it about four months ago and got tired of trying, so I took the summer off and came back about four days ago. I kept thinking it would take me a couple days, but I tried for close to three weeks with no results. What I was satisfied with was my dream recall, where I got to about three a night as compared to one a week before I started writing them down.

My main problem here is is I have a really hard time writing when I wake up, so I take a shower and then write on my computer about the dream I had. But, I know I should be writing it down as soon as I wake up for optimum results -- though I suppose practice will make perfect.

Either way, I appreciate you looking into the idea. I love the aspect of using creativity to travel and do certain activities in your dream, so I just wondered if you could create a list of sorts. Anyway, yeah, I would love some feedback. Thanks.

Sure, I'd love to be adopted. Though right now it's time to go talk to Zues (I read that whole bit about naming your subconsious... I named mine Zeus) and attempt a Lucid Dream. To this day I have not had a lucid dream, I only dream to be lucid (Ha... a little play on words). Either way, in the morning I'll come back and check on the developments on the thread and check with you about being adopted and finding new ways to become Lucid.

Your help is very much appreciated.

Hey, if you were to create this wall or something similar, and then writing down things on it, would it be possible for the unconscious (edit: SUBconscious) to actually stick to the information without making it false or even disappear? It would be awesome to have a notepad within yourself! I also like the idea of the wall working as a portal to different realms, I think I should start striving for that.

I believe if you have the ability to obstain that level of lucidity, mixed with the fact that you believe you can then- absolutley.
For example. I have read that some Lucid dreamers create a room, much similar to your wall idea. When they create this room they visit it opon becoming lucid. In this room there high level lucidity will actually allow them to perform such concentrated tasks such as working on there golf swing, or practicing a speech over & over. So your wall Idea is more than achievable.
      Cool thought!

Its very similar to the roman room technique for memory

One problem with writing things down would be that many lucid dreamers have reading/writing problems
However, I can read and write pretty darn well in dreams - so its worth a shot to scribble somewhere (and pics too)
