This is what I have learned after a brief stay here at dreamviews: If you haven't started a dream journal yet, now would be a good time. I didn't have my second lucid until then. I find if I skimp on my DJ, which I have lately, I start losing recall. I am not a person who like taking any type of medication or pill otherwise to help with dreaming. I have had success with vitamin water, but that was not purposeful. Also, auto-suggestion is very reliable to me. Before you sleep, tell yourself that you will remember your dreams. Try to visualize it. Try to make it the last thing on your mind. I hope this helps you have many more dreams remembered and many more lucids!
