Question need some help plz ?

i hardly have dreams when i am asleep but if i do have any mostly i kknow that i am dreaming sometimes i have fun "you know its a dream do what ever you want " , most of the time when i am dreaming ,i do have nightmares i alter them or wake my self up "letterly i try to open my eyes and wake up from the dream into the real world , i dont know how to discripe it but i just push my self out of the dream to be awake" and in the two cases i wake up having the worst headache ever .
so can anyone tell me how i do this or why i wake up this way ?

I'm having trouble understanding your post, but if you want to know how to wake up during a lucid dream, most of the time closing your eyes works. This take your attention off the dream and it fails to exist anymore.

Or you could be excited from the nightmares to wake up.

I don't think there's any real relationship between the headaches and waking yourself up normally. You may be sleeping too long. As for the "push" maybe your just straining your eyes(could explain the headaches).
