Would this be considered a DILD or WILD?

I was sleeping and suddenly I just became aware of myself in my mind. There wasn't any dream I kinda just knew I was there in my mind. Anyways, I'm not sure if I was lucid yet but I think I controlled myself and I asked myself if I was dreaming. For some odd reason my RC was sticking my finger through the side of my mouth and it worked. Then I think I became lucid right here. I could feel myself breathing and I could feel my closed eyes and I knew I was really close to waking up. I tried to calm my mind and relax but then I woke up.

Instantaneous lucidity can be considered a Dild. It seems that when you became aware it was within a dream, which simply had not formed yet.

Yeah it wasn't a WILD unless you were awake of-course when you gained awareness, and you said your self that you were asleep.
