Question Graphs associated with Lucid Dreaming??

hey guys, i'm doing a speech on lucid dreaming (i'm for it). i'll be talking about the misconceptions that people have about LD, and also mention some benefits, such as lowering stress, experienceing adventures, healing, overcoming nightmares, etc... so for the speech, i need a visual to show to my class. i was thinking of showing them a graph associated with LD; i couldn't find any, so i would really appreciate it if any of you could find me a graph related to benefits of LD, or anything. also, if u guys have any other ideas for a visual, mention that as well. thanks in advance guys. u can also send me the graphs on my email -"[email protected]" once again, i really appreciate ur help

I don't know of any graphs to help you out, but I just wanted to say I think it's awesome you're giving a speech on the topic. Good luck!

I keep track of my LDs in excel. I have a graph of April 08, the month I started keeping a dream journal and experimenting with things like dark chocolate and peanut butter. I went from having 1 LD/year for 3 years to

That's really the only thing I can think of, and it is anecdotal. Maybe check out http://www.lucidity.com/ for some graphs? They may have some backed by scientific evidence.

Could you maybe show a graph of the sleep cycle, and point out where lucid dreaming commonly occurs?

hi guys, thanks for all the answers. i couldn't find any graphs, so i had to "come up" with my own graph. so, i made up the numbers, and a fake graph, and my teacher didn't notice i also got on 'A' on it, & now i'm done with my speech. just wanted to let every one know, that u guys dont have to answer this question any more, cuz im done with this assignment. once again, thanks to all the answerers; really appreciate it.

You talk to vacuum cleaners and safes, you've had apple trees growing in your living room, tigers and horses in your dining room, an elephant in your bedroom. I've seen you locked in a jail in the middle of your living room and once someone swore they saw you floating in mid-air! How do you explain that, Major Nelson!?
