Thread: Which is harder?

Astral Projection or Lucid Dreaming? I have been lucid a couple times before, but only once thatt actually counted. I don't know much about AP, but how hard is it? And could someone post a AP TUT? Thansk, -Alen

I never had AP before but used the methods to induce LDing. You could say easier I guess because it is a concious activity whereas LDing is not and relies very much on the subconcious. The AP method I used was to visualize myself watching over my sleeping self standing near my bed and it has given me an LD or two but I think if I had gone further would be an actual AP...just my 2 cents...
