I have a theory about LDing. You have to put LDing into numbers. Okay, so when you LD, you are almost awake, right? So lets give the favorable sleep # for an LD a 1. Alright, so when you are really tired, put it into a sleep # of a 10.
so, when you want to express how close to an LD you are, use fractions. 1/1= Going to LD. 10/1, "I'm sleeping till 10!" So, what you want to do it probably sleep for a few hours (like a nap) then go out and do something to get you awake, like go for a bike ride. Then, come home, and use the method of choice! And i'ts all expressed logically through numbers.

After a nap- 7/1
after a bike ride- 0/1
laying down for a bit- 1/1


Sleep Numbers-
0/1- Awake
1/1- LD
2/1- About to LD
3/1- A little tired
4/1- Getting sleepy
5/1- Moderatly tired
6/1- Take a nap
7/1- Hard day at work?
8/1- Ugh...nodding....offf...zzzz
9/1- *snores*
10/1- *falls out of chair, asleep on floor*
