Some people report success with afternoon naps, but most don't. La Berge found that early morning naps are more effective. But I see no harm in trying and seeing if it works for you.

Afternoon naps work great for many people, including myself. I think the real key is to be able to fall alseep in a decent amount of time (this varies, whatever seems reasonable to you).

Really? I didn't know that. What are early morning naps anyway. When exactly do you take them? 1 or 2 hours after you got up? Or is it more like 3 or 4 hours? If LaBerge says they're effective I want to try it.

Just a guess, I'd probably say getting up early (well, 8-ish) then going to sleep as soon as possible. Really depends on the person I'd assume.
