Hey, I am fascinated by the experience of sleep paralysis and I wanted to know, in detail, everyone's experience who has experienced sleep paralysis, while going to sleep. I've been trying it but so far, because of lack of knowledge about what's happening to my body, I've yet to experience it, or recognize it. So everyone please in detail let me know, as far as hallucinations, lights, auditory hallucinations, different sensations, tingling in hands or feet, vibrations, how loud sounds were...stuff like that.

I'm not sure if it's the same type of situation and if I can use it to my advantage but when I'm really tired and falling asleep, I hear tidbits of music, people talking, different sounds, but when I try to actually "listen" it's like they quickly go away and I wonder if that is apart of the hallucination associated with dreaming and sleep paralysis.

Thanks for your input. I'm always excited to learn about different people's experiences about a truly little known subject. It's amazing how much we really do not know about what the brain is in control of.
