Thread: Lucid Flashback

Ok so I woke up yesterday morning to my friend phoning me, I answered the phone and realized I was late for meeting him in town so I rushed out.
later on that day it just hit me, a lucid dream flash back.
I stopped what I was doing and closed my eyes and thought, dammit I had an extremely vivid lucid dream last night!

Memory's of it keep popping into my head like flash backs, the dream was so vivid that even the flashbacks seem real, like it Wasn't a dream but a real memory I remember how amazed and exited I was in the dream.
I remember the point I became lucid, flying, talking to a DC who confirmed I was dreaming and looking at a sunset on a beach, but I cant fix it all together, its really frustrating because I can remember the vividness and being in full control of the dream and the excitement yet I can only remember bits an pieces...

Is there anything I can do to remember more of this dream?
I usually have really good dream recall and I'm frustrated that I cant remember most of it, its like I'm remembering it in pictures.
