For me to keep my eyes from opening when I am trying to LD or something, open your mouth, completely relax your eyelids, and try not to move your eyes around to much, the mouth open is so your face goes more lax and your eyelids arn't being pulled on. |

eye twitches...
Sometimes when I try to meditate or just relax my eyes twitch when I have them closed....Is there a way to stop it, it's annoying..>.o

The twitch should subside, hopefully allowing you to concentrate or relax more.

Caffine causes eye-twitching, I think.
