I would like to know if it is possible to WILD while listening to music. I find the music makes me think that it attaches me too much to my surroundings you know? |

I've been trying to WILD recently, so I get comfortable find something to focus on, (usually my breathing but sometimes I've tried music) and I just lay there. There is the usual muscle spasm or tick then nothing. I feel no vibrations or hear anything, my body just goes numb and that's it. So I lay a while longer and still nothing. I am superbly bored by now and eventually quit and look at the clock + do a RC. I usually have laid there for bout an hour. |

It can be distracting to listing to music while trying to WILD(at least for me) What you need to focus on is relaxing. From what you have typed it seems that you are not tricking your body into thinking you are asleep. Try to concentrate more on your relaxation technique and just go with it. My first few wilds were like what you have mentioned. I would suggest you read more guides on how to WILD and make sure you are following all the steps. |
