put myself back in to a dream

      hi,
coming across this site was strange for me, I have had a lot of lucid dreams and have been able to control wide aspects of those dreams.

some of the most vivid ones are amazing, I flap my arms and I can fly away high into the sky or sometimes the wind blows me up into the sky.

I kept getting told that it is very difficult to control your dreams but it seems to come naterally to me, since I was very young I remember having these dreams where the situations, places and people can be changed at will.

once I was having a dream and it became lucid, I was near my home in the dream and started to feel the dream thinning and the reality fading, as I woke I thought to myself "damn, that was a good dream" and just put my head face down in the pillow--

the next thing was very strange because I could feel the transition from reality to dream, it was only an instant after I woke when I could feel it come over me, and over my head, it felt like I was sinking into my bed.
after this happened I was back in the dream, I was concious as I fell into the dream which was very wierd.

this has only happened the once and since then I have thought that mabye the point where I woke up was still a dream, however it felt so real and the transition into the dream makes me think that I was awake for a short period of time.

has this happened to anyone else?

It happens all the time. :O
I think it's during the later stages of REM where this tends to happen.
You're usually able to slip back into a dream if you just think about it and let it sink in.

This happens to me when I first wake up in the morning, I will wake up from a good dream and just try to fall asleep and get back into it.

It's really fun, but there are consequences.
      1. I find the first dream before I went back into is foggy and I cant remember detail.
      2. It made me late for work once haha.
