It seems that ever since I started trying to have lucid dreams, even if I dont succeed, just the fact that I have something to focus and concentrate on while falling asleep, it seems to make falling asleep so much easier.
Ive only had one lucid dream thus far (purely due to the fact its the summer and im rarely sober when I go to sleep, and being high or drunk pretty much kills any chance of LDing for me), but just the fact that Im trying to LD every night makes going to sleep fun. It makes going to sleep at night exciting even
Anyone else feel this way?
