      Initial skepticism?

I was just thinking about when i first heard about lucid dreaming and began researching them and how i was quite skeptical as i presumed something like this
i should have already heard of.I didn't fully believe until i actually experienced a lucid dream and now i cant believe i ever doubted the possibility.Any body else suffer from initial skepticism?

Indeed, particularly some of the specifics of it... but it seems some things seem to have happened just as others have described. But then... are dreams so susceptible to suggestion that any word I believed valid might enter them?

That is an interesting question and i believe the answer is basically yes as to me dreams are purely built on the power of suggestion and the many different emotions and experiences we have locked away in our sub conscience. With regard lucid dreams i think that it is all about how we percieve certain things and how open we can be to our perception of reality.
