      WOW Autosuggestion works!

      So , I said this 20 times to myself before I went to be sleep : []I will wake up after each dream , and I will remember my dreams. So it actually work
      I remember 4 dreams and one of the dreams seem like it lasted a week.
      But the weird thing was all the dreams had the same story line in it.

      Also the dreams were really really vivid , like it would in real life. The dream wasnt that enjoyable but still really really vivid.

      That's amazing! I'm no good at autosuggestion because it takes me ages to fall asleep, as well as the fact I get distracted at every noise I hear then I start thinking about other things! xD

      Me too I sometimes get lucky and fall asleep during auto suggestion, but thats only when I'm REALLY tired
