OK, so i recently started Lding. and i found a method that works for me. so first you will need. 10 hours of sleep atleast. Marijauna, And red bull (or other caffinated drink) So what i do is go to sleep 12pm, before this i smoke about 1 gram of marijuana. then i go to sleep. i wake up around 9 every morniing,take a sip of red bull. and i go back to sleep. and just keep asking myself am i dreaming?? i usually enter into a lucid. i have tried just the red bull without marijuana. and it just doesnt work, i dont even remember the dreams i have had before, when i use marijuana daily i remember 3-4 dreams a night and have not yet failed to produce a lucid dream.

Hmm..interesting..but id rather just blaze a gram when im awake and enjoy it

And if you only taking a sip of red bull i doubt it has any real effect, probably more of a plasibo than anything id think?

But yeah, weed really doesnt seem to negatively effect my dream recall either.
