Thread: Trying the CAT method

well last night before I bed I told myself.."Its time to wake up at 5..." well I usually wake up at 7 but you know what you gotta do. well anyway...I find myself what seems to be a couple minutes later sitting up....I have no clue how I got there but it was 5:11....? 5:35 time for a reality check.

Basically im just confused...I dont even remember sitting up....???
