Thread: What are the benefits to LDing?

Not that I think LDing is bad, it's really interesting. I'm trying to decide what I want to learn about it or pay attention to. When I think of LDing I think a lot about how you gain more control once you realize you're dreaming.

The thing is sometimes I can gain a lot of control over a dream without ever realizing I'm dreaming. When I do that I can basicly do whatever I think of to do. When I am dreaming most of the time it's very vivid, if a little outta whack. ^^;

I think the most outstanding benefit to LDing is the extra sense of logic you get once you realize it's all a dream. What else is there, or what does it for you?
