      Hm...Lucid Dreaming eh?

I just realized this site was about lucid dreaming. I don't know how I missed it when I clicked on the link.

Anyway, it just surprised me because I've always assumed that lucid dreaming was fairly normal for everyone.

Most of my dreams (I'd say around 85%) are lucid. I picked up on the fact that I could control what's happening around the age of 9, so I've never really had nightmares before (if I get tired of running or fighting, I just wake up). Most of the time I know I'm dreaming (it's the dreams I can't control that gets me asking questions).

      Is that pretty normal?

What other types of dreams are there?
Aside from nightmares, lucid, recurring and prophetic.

I naturally have lucid dreams about 25-50% of the time. I thought it was perfectly normal too, until, after some casual searching, I came across this site, which has really improved my lucid dreaming capabilities.

You are very lucky that you can lucid dream as often as you do! Some people go through their entire lives without having a single one!
