Well i cant go into detail but when i started practicing yoga my head became a lot clearer while i was awake but it would seem more active whill i was a sleep. I would do excercices right before bed to get myself completely involved in the moment and then i would think of dreaming or a certain image or what have you and my ability to enter this state of awareness drastically increased. im not sure exactly what you are asking but this is my experience. |
