      As I Wild..

As I lay down and focus on my breathing, i will eventually be pulled into a dream? But how will i know to know i'm in a dream? Thanks alot. I've been told that the lights and sounds help me know. But once i know the lights and sound means a dream is coming will i know im in a dream then?.

      sorry for the confusing paragraph

If you read some guides in the techniques section, it will tell you all about it.

      Dream journal??

People forget almost 90% of their dreams upon awaking.

Within the first few minutes of waking, half of your dreams are forgotten. Within like 10 minutes, something like 90% is gone. (* I make up stats BTW)

Learn to battle the enemy called amnesia, and you will learn to recognise & see the dream content when it shows itself in front of you.
