Well to really answer that question I would needto know at what time are you attempting to WiLD. A big factor is your body needs time to adjust to new sleeping patterns. How tired/ awake you feel is affected not just by how much sleep you get, but the consistency of your sleeping pattern. For example, going to bed at 10 and getting up at 8 everyday and taking a nap at 1. That's an example of a sleeping pattern. Whenever you change it, it takes your body some time to readjust. |

well the first time is different because it is unexpected by your body. But after the first time, it sets up readjustments. The next day or so your body will think "hey last time I slept around this hour" and that is where it struggles with inconsistent sleep patterns. I'm not saying I'm positive. This is just my best guess. If you have your own possible answer then share it with me and I can tell u what I think. Hope this helps. |
