I felt the vibrations in my body. They were really loud and felt like electricity moving around your body. Then it reached my head and got huge and thats when I slipped into my lucid.

You are describing SP, sleep paralysis. It can feel like all kinds of things. Like vibrations, shaking, a pounding heart, pressure, hot or cold, like you're levitating, like spinning, rocking, pins and needles, etc. That is all normal SP.

Yup. The shaking is a hallucination, and not really happening.

Farthest I've come when trying to induce lucid dreaming is the state of "shaking", feels like Im electrocuted, I always panic and wake up. Now, I know it's just SP, but is it a stage in the proccess of reaching Lucid? In other words, just keep at it until you reach the dream? Or is it like a sidetrack, wrong way..

Many people feel SP and/or have some HI (hypnagogic imagry) while trying to WILD. So in the case of WILD or WILD related LD techniques SP and HI are a stage toward lucidity.

      Exclamation

Shaky feeling = illusion. Nothing to be afraid of, for you're on the right path.
